Traditional Marriage is currently under fierce attack by the proponents of same-sex marriage.

The Issue

  • On March 7th of 2000, California voted overwhelmingly to keep marriage as being between a man and a woman.

  • On May 15th of this year, in a close 4-3 decision, a small group of San Francisco judges wrongly overturned California's marriage vote.

  • Without providing the people of California any say, the Supreme Court has redefined marriage and legalized same-sex marriage contrary to the will of 61% of California voters.

    The Solution

    Over a million Californians petitioned to amend the California Constitution to stop the outrageous actions of the State Supreme Court.


    Proposition 8 will assure that "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."
